Bulls took charge at the stock market on Thursday as investor confidence was regained after a bearish previous session.
The Pakistan Stock Exchange’s (PSX) benchmark KSE-100 Index rose to an intraday high of 119,649.20 points, gaining 1,112.68 points, or 0.94%, from the previous close of 118,536.52. The index also recorded a low of 118,871.13, up 334.61 points, or 0.28%.
On Wednesday, the index had closed marginally lower by 39.36 points, or -0.03%, following three consecutive sessions of strong gains.
