Pakistan’s Got Talent unveiled its judging panel for its first-ever season, with singer Ali Zafar, actor Mehwish Hayat, and comedian and host Tabish Hashmi joining the jury. The show is based on the globally popular Got Talent format created in the United Kingdom and produced in more than 70 countries.
The lineup was posted on the official Pakistan’s Got Talent Instagram account, through a series of mystery reveals.
Hashmi was the first to be announced as a judge, “bringing his wit, charm, and sharp eye to Pakistan’s Got Talent,” according to the show. “You can be young or old, you can have talent,” the comedian said, persuading people from all age groups to audition for the competition.
The comedian shared the lineup on his Instagram story, tagging his co-judges ahead of the debut season.

Hayat was revealed next, with the show saying the actor will bring her “star power” to the judging panel. “I know that our country is filled with unreal talent. Each street, each city, and each house has a talented individual. So if you have been waiting for the right moment or a little push, now is your time,” Hayat said in her reveal.
The actor also gave fans a glimpse into filming for the show, sharing updates from set and confirming her place on the judges’ panel.

Finally, Pakistan’s Got Talent announced Zafar as judge, terming him “a phenomenal performer. A name that needs no introduction.” In his reveal, the singer stated, “This is your time to shine on stage, I’ll see you there.”
The reveals quickly gained traction across social media, sparking excitement among fans who praised the mix of talent and personalities selected for the inaugural season.
Production company Pixel Entertainment opened auditions nationwide for aspiring individuals, inviting performers to submit an application form along with a performance video and a short introduction clip via its official channels.
With auditions now open and production underway, Pakistan’s Got Talent is shaping up to be a highly-anticipated entertainment launch.
