After thousands were logged out of their Instagram accounts on Thursday afternoon, users flocked to Elon Musk’s X to share their frustrations, Times Now News reported.
Users reported that they were being logged out of their accounts without any prior notice and are facing problems logging back in.
Over 7000 people in the Great Britain reported of facing the problem, while more than 5,000 in the United States complained of the same problem.
Only days ago, Meta faced a global outage after its social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram went down.

Restart your phone
A simple reboot might resolve issues that might be causing Instagram log outs.
Check your internet connection
Sometimes, login issues may be caused due to bad internet connection, so make sure your phone’s connected to a good internet with strong connections.
Update the Instagram app
Not having an updated version of the app can be the reason you are being logged out again and again. So make sure your app is up to date with the latest updates.
Disable any third party apps
Third party apps for Instagram such as, photo editors, or collage makers can be causing the login issues so make sure to disable them.
