Space X chief executive Elon Musk claims aliens don’t exist as he would know if they were out there, Business Insider reported.
He wrote on X: “I have seen no evidence for aliens and, with 6000 satellites orbiting Earth, I think I would know.”
The billionaire had responded to an interview question posted by Tucker Carlson, who said that he thinks aliens “have been here a long time” and claimed that “there’s a ton of evidence that they’re under the ocean and under the ground.”
This isn’t the first time the Tesla owner has publicly denounced the existence of aliens. In June 2018, he had replied to a post on X, that “it is unknown whether we are the only civilization currently alive in the observable universe.”
Musk has immense interest in the world of space and has launched thousands of Starlink satellites into the sky.
Reportedly, Space X has signed a contract with the United States military to launch rockets and satellite for them.
Musk aims to send up to 42,000 Starlink satellites into the space.
Musk is one the most successful entrepreneurs of all time and is the founder of several companies including his electric vehicle giant Tesla, neurotechnology company Neuralink and artificial intelligence startup xAI.
