Republican nominee for White House and former President Donald Trump has named himself one of the worst-treated person in the country’s history referring to his legal troubles, amid a Georgia judge recently threw out six of 41 criminal charges against him Wednesday.

While speaking in an interview with Newsmax, Donald Trump compared the seventh President Andrew Jackson (1829 to 1837) and the 16th president Abraham Lincoln (1861 – 1865), and maintained that his treatment “has topped” both of them.

Trump said Wednesday: “Nobody has — when you think of the fake things. Nobody’s been treated like Trump in terms of badly.”

He referred himself to as the third person who is being maligned in the country.

“Russia, Russia, Russia, Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine. Everything was a scam, and it literally starts a new one,” the former president said.

The 77-year-old also stated: “As you win one, you start the other impeachment hoax number one, impeachment hoax number two. All hoaxes and scams. And I said, if they ever devoted their time to making America great again, it would be a lot easier.”

The four-time indicted former president had been impeached two times. He is also facing 91 criminal charges.

However, Trump got relief in his legal troubles Wednesday as a judge overseeing his case of alleged election interference discarded six out of 41 criminal charges against him.

The key counts dismissed by Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee were related to “soliciting an elected official to do otherwise of their public duties”, according to US media reports.

The actor-turned-politician’s first indictment came in April last year concerning a hush money payment to an adult film star Stormy Daniels.

His other three indictments include retaining classified documents illegally after leaving the Oval Office, instigating supporters to storm Capitol Hill, and election interference in Georgia state in 2020.

He has been denying all the charges against him and called it a witch hunt against him.

The business mogul also described his struggle work as a “war,” adding that he is motivated because he is working against “very evil people.”
