Kansas City Chiefs became the back-to-back Super Bowl champions on Sunday after defeating the San Fransisco 49ers in a clash thrilling enough to send Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce into brat mode.

In the first half of the Super Bowl, Kelce was seen on the sideline furious with head coach Andy Reid after Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco’s fumble, The US Sun reported.

Being taken off the field after Pacheco’s fumble seemed to have tipped Kelce off as he was seen screaming into Reid’s face after throwing his helmet on the sideline.

Additionally, Kelce got physical and pushed the 65-year-old coach hard enough during his tantrum that he stumbled and nearly fell over before Jerick McKinnon pulled Kelce away.

While the 34-year-old athlete’s behaviour worried fans who speculated he would get benched for his altercation, he was soon back in the game.

“Travis Kelce is so unlikeable,” one fan wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

“Really bad look for Travis Kelce running into Andy Reid on the sideline,” a third fan said.

“Travis Kelce better be luck that wasn’t Bruce Arians or Bill Belichick cause he would’ve been benched throughout that whole game, win or lose,” one person reacted.

However, Reid addressed his explosive interaction with Kelce on the sidelines, saying: “He keeps me young…tested that hip out…he caught me off balance. Normally I’d give him a little bit but I didn’t have my feet under me.”

The Chiefs head coach might have given a harsher reaction had the Chiefs not taken home the Super Bowl in thrilling fashion.

Kelce’s stellar stat line in the game ended with 92 yards in the second half and overtime, despite only pulling in one catch for a single yard in the first half.
