The Indiana Fever’s star basketball player Caitlin Clark was delighted Wednesday to express affection toward her boyfriend on her social media post on Wednesday, days after she was voted as the most-liked non-NBA player.
According to the polls conducted earlier this week, the former Iowa basketball legend secured admiration beyond her last team which she left this year and was chosen by Indiana.
The 22-year-old sportswoman stood second with 6.1% votes following Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson who secured 13% votes.
On Wednesday, she celebrated her first anniversary with boyfriend, Connor McCaffery in an affectionate Instagram post.
She wrote: “One year of the best [memories with] my [favourite] person.”
She further added: “You make everyday better and I can’t wait for many more adventures together… love you.”
McCaffery also shared his post: “One year [with] the best doing life [with you] has been easy, and you never cease to amaze me. Can’t wait to watch u live out [your] dreams in person. Love you.”
