The most expensive flat in Britain, once owned by pop star Kylie Minogue, is now up for sale at a staggering price of £175 million, according to reports by Daily Mail and the Mirror.
According to the reports, the luxurious apartment, which is located in One Hyde Park apartment complex in the affluent area of Knightsbridge, has Hollywood heart throb Tom Cruise as its neighbour.
Additionally, the new owner of the luxury pad will surely be lucky as the flat is at walking distance form the United Kingdom’s luxury department store, Harrod’s.
The property offers a panoramic view of Hyde Park from the living room and all five bedrooms, each of which features an en-suite bathroom, the reports said.
The 18,000 sq ft apartment also features a wine cellar and a Japanese-inspired kitchen with black forest granite worktops, a private spa and a home cinema.
According to reports, if the property sells for the asking price, it will surpass the record for the most expensive sale in the UK, which was set at the same address in 2018, when a penthouse solde for £160 million.

The reports also suggest that interested buyers are quietly viewing the property, but the new owner may never be revealed, as the purchase is often made through offshore companies for anonymity.
The One Hyde Park apartment complex is known for its high price tags since the first apartment sold for a whopping £140 million in 2010.
The property also features a 21-metre swimming pool, a golf simulator and valet service and room service via a tunnel from the five-star Mandarin Oriental hotel conveniently situated just next door.
