Singer shares a glimpse of the collaboration, marking the pair’s first appearance together on screen
Atif Aslam has given fans a first look at the upcoming music video for Hun Ishq Main, revealing actor Yumna Zaidi as the video’s leading lady.
Aslam shared the official poster on Instagram, featuring the singer and Zaidi posing beside a sports car, offering fans a glimpse of the video’s visual direction.
The reveal quickly sparked excitement among Aslam’s fans, popularly known as the Aadeez, with many celebrating what they described as the singer’s much-anticipated return to music.
The video is directed by filmmaker Saife Hasan, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
Hun Ishq Main is part of Aslam’s latest studio album, Subah Aye Na, which marks his return to the album format after nearly two decades. His last full-length album, Meri Kahani, was released in 2008.
Since then, Aslam has continued to build an extensive catalogue of popular songs, including Tere Bin, Pehli Nazar Mein and Dil Diyan Gallan. He has also delivered acclaimed performances for Coke Studio, including Tajdar-e-Haram, Jal Pari and Man Aamadeh Am, with several of his renditions garnering hundreds of millions of views on YouTube.
The song is already available on streaming platforms, while the upcoming video is expected to add a visual dimension to the track.
The project also marks the first on-screen collaboration between Aslam and Zaidi, making their pairing a major talking point among fans. The combination of one of Pakistan’s most recognisable singers and a leading television actor has further fuelled interest in the release.
Zaidi, who holds the record for the most Lux Style Award wins by an actor, has established herself through a string of television performances, most notably in Tere Bin. She made her film debut in 2024 with Nayab.
Neither Aslam nor Zaidi has revealed details about the video’s storyline or confirmed its release date. For now, the poster offers the first glimpse of what fans can expect from the collaboration, with Hasan at the helm and anticipation already building around the release.
