Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has assured the MQM-Pakistan Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) of supporting its proposed amendments to the local government law in the 27th Amendment, sources said on Thursday.
The development came as MQM-P delegation comprising Sindh Governor Karam, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and Farooq Sattar called on the premier at PM House in Islamabad.
