LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah was declared successful in the Senate by-election on Tuesday, according to unofficial and unconfirmed results.
Sources told Geo News that the PM’s adviser on political and public affairs secured 250 votes. Out of the 251 votes cast, one vote was declared invalid.
The by-election was held for the Punjab seat that fell vacant following the disqualification of PTI’s Senator Ejaz Chaudhry.
