5 times actor Hania Aamir and rapper Badshah made headlines

The friendship between Pakistani actor, Hania Aamir and Indian rapper and singer, Badshah has been one that fans from both India and Pakistan have been following closely. The pair’s frequent exchanges on social media and their rendezvous in Dubai have caught the public’s attention since the very beginning. Here are five times the two made headlines.

1. Badshah follows Hania on Instagram

This narrative begins in January 2023 when the Let’s Nacho singer followed the Mere Humsafar actor on Instagram. When asked about it on Instagram Live, the rapper said, “Yes, I follow her. Bari mast bandi lagti hai mujhe (I find her very interesting) Mood uplift hojata hai ek dum se uski post dekh ke (My mood gets uplifted the minute I see her posts).”  Returning the compliment, Hania then reposted the video on her Instagram Story and wrote, “Ap bhi bohat mast ho. (You’re also very lively.)”

2. Hania wishes Badshah on his birthday The surprising bond between the two was confirmed in November last year when Hania posted a black-and-white image of the two, captioning it “Happy birthday to the baddest boy in town!” The rapper then reposted the image, with the words, “Thank you, you extremely talented human being.” 

3. The first meetingJust a few weeks after the rapper’s birthday, the pair met in Dubai at a restaurant with friends and the actor posted about their evening together on Instagram under which Badshah commented “Ojle nu.” Hania responded with “Never let this die”, intriguing fans with their inside reference. Just a day before, Hania shared a post of the two on a shopping trip, captioning it “Kids went shopping.” 

4. The pair are spotted at Dubai International AirportIn December last year, Hania and Badshah made headlines once again when a clip posted by an Instagram User went viral. The video showed the Sang-e-Mah actor posing with fans at Dubai Airport while the rapper watched from the sidelines.

5. They meet in Dubai againOn April 19, Hania wrote about not feeling well ’emotionally’ on Instagram. On April 21, she shared a bunch of pictures and videos of herself with Badshah in Dubai with the caption, “Rescue arrived from Chandigarh.” In another post, Hania says, “This is Badshah’s concert,” as she laughs with the rapper and exclaims, “Love you, Badshah,” as he sings. 

Badshah also alluded to the fact that Hania’s Instagram reels have higher views than his. To this, the Pakistani actor says, “Thank you India and Pakistan for liking my content.”

The pair’s friendship has received positive enthusiasm from fans in both India and Pakistan which proves that bonds formed through creativity and art transcend geographical and political barriers.
